Fiat Professional had a requirement to bring its whole UK sales force together for both the launch of its new class leading “last mile” van the Fiat Fiorino and a conference to reveal the coming year’s objectives.

Following several planning meetings with the client Tebays suggested the use of Imago, the conference facility at Loughborough University. By combining the excellent facilities of Imago with the atmosphere of this well respected University Tebays were able to provide the client with a conference venue that ticked all the boxes and was that little bit different.

The Tebays team arranged and oversaw the design and build of 4 major set and audio visual areas prior to welcoming the 200 delegates on the day. Tebays also arranged all necessary logistics for crew and delegate accommodation, demonstration vehicles, activities and instructors. Our well honed pre-event registration system ensured that the onsite Hostesses were able to provide assistance to delegates and ensue everyone had a successful conference.
