The Brief

The launch of the iconic Fiat 500 was to include a two week dealer launch and co-ordination of the launch activities of over 160 Fiat dealerships. This was an opportunity to introduce the new Fiat 500 and ensure the sales teams were up to the task of providing the standards of customer care that are demanded today.


The Concept

We felt that Fiat were in a unique position to deliver to their network a truly comprehensive two day launch training event including details of the car, its specification and technology, over half a million accessory variations, road and dynamic driving and finance offers.


The Venue

The Heart of England conference centre was the client's preferred choice and provided us with the opportunity to dress the centre in the Fiat corporate identity. During the event Tebays managed the complex logistics including, venue, sales and technical training teams, driving instructors, finance trainers and valeting teams.


The Event

Four, two-day events took place with delegates rotating around sessions keeping them engaged and involved. Tebays also co-ordinated the launch event activities for over 160 dealerships. This included audio visual support, catering, event staff and management. An online programme was written to allow Fiat to provide the dealers with clear guidelines as to what was expected of them and also to allow HQ to see at a glance the progress of each dealership.
